Idan Fruit is an agricultural enterprise and a family-run business specializing in the drying of Israeli fruits, rooted in the seasonality of Israeli farming. Due to our location near the border, we were forced to evacuate, preventing us from producing new products and packaging existing ones, thus halting all operations.
